My practice connected to identity
In my visual art practice I can connect some of my work to the idea of identity. Excpecially two works. One of them was made around the end of the millennium and was called Camping the yellow house and another one was called Dear Icelanders.
Identity of a House
Camping the Yellow house

Camping the yellow house was made up of interviews like this one but it was about a house. The identity of a house so to speak. The yellow house was a famous house in Reykjavik. Especially for being the first house to host the LGBT movement in Iceland the first decades of it's practice. Dear Icelanders was a text made of the notorious happiness inquiry and different versions of shapes of Iceland as well as a sandbox in the shape of Iceland.
